Wedding Day Coordination Information

Your Morongo Golf Club Event Coordinator will:

• Refer clients to highly regarded wedding day vendors
• Meet with client to develop a time line for the wedding day
• Attend/conduct rehearsal
• Confirm vendor commitments for the wedding day
• Organize and instruct processional line-up and space wedding party on aisle accordingly
• Instruct and oversee all duties of participants
• Make sure set-up/décor for ceremony and reception is according to bride’s specifications the day of the wedding
• Verify that all favors, centerpieces, and place cards receive proper placement and that all candles are lit and everything is perfect and ready to go
• Assist bride & bridesmaids with any questions or problems
• Have an “Emergency Kit” on hand; we’re sure to be ready for any situation… Hopefully
• Supervise all vendors and professionals
• Ensure everything runs as planned
• Assist with guest management, providing direction to guest regarding reserved, assigned and open seating
• Supervise entire ceremony and reception
• Handle necessary payments
• Create a magical dream wedding!

In addition to the services listed, Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon would be pleased to arrange and host variety of pre-nuptial events, including (but not limited to) bridal and couple showers, bachelor parties, rehearsal dinners and more. We can assist you with a themed or interactive event that is fun, memorable and more importantly; stress free. Just call and ask us!

There is no guarantee of availability for some select items.Vegetarian and vegan selections are only available on previously negotiated bases.
