Please select one entrée for a sit down; two for a buffet:

• Roasted breast of chicken with roasted garlic and rose- mary cream sauce
• Breast of chicken, Marsala wine & mushroom sauce
• Jamaican chicken with mango relish
• Chicken Caprese; a tender breast of chicken topped with roma tomato, whole leaf basil and fresh mozzarella with tomato-basil sauce
•  Asiago-crusted pork chops with a sour cream sauce
• Grilled salmon with dill cream sauce
• Jumbo shrimp scampi with lemon garlic butter
• Grilled New York steak with caramelized onion reduction
• Garlic and herb roasted tri-tip with Argentinean chimichurri and spicy horseradish sauce
• Flat iron steak with chimichurri sauce drizzle
• Grilled marinated flat iron steak with wild mushrooms and red wine reduction
• Stuffed flank steak with spinach, mushrooms, & cheese

Vegetarian Selections

Please select one plated vegetarian entrée:

• Vegetarian lasagna served with a medley of seasonal vegetables
• Eggplant parmesan served with a medley of seasonal vegetables
• Stir fried fresh vegetables with a rich soy glaze

Buffet Accoutrements for select beef entrées to include caramelized onions, onion strings, garlic aioli, mayonnaise, grain mustard, shredded lettuce.
