Eyad Joseph is the new Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef at Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon. Chef Joseph is a self made success; who as a little boy dreamed of bringing unique authentic tastes to strangers who would soon become friends. Chef Joseph brings a mouth-watering menu to Tukwet Canyon, that will make Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon a fan favorite. Over the years, Chef Joseph has worked in upscale eateries and resorts such as Romano’s Macaroni Grill and Fairfield Princess Resort among others.
He had always dreamed of becoming a chef and after the Navy he perused his dream at Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, Arizona. Few chefs possess the prestigious reputation of Chef Joseph; his name and technique have become synonymous with expertise, innovation, tradition, refinement, and service.
As a young man he used to sneak into his grandmother's kitchen and tried to help around the kitchen. As you may imagine, in his younger years, he wasn't much help, but his Grandmother put him on track to bring some of the most amazing tastes in the world to Tukwet Canyon.
Chef Joseph belongs to the American Culinary Federation. He is active in the community and works to promote the restaurant at Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon.
